So I won a little over 500sc day before last, went to redeem and was only able to do 100 at a time. So I submitted 3 different redemptions 100sc each. Got an email asking for proof of my address within 12hrs, I replied with said info, they responded back and now I wait.......... I will update this review with how long it takes and how it goes (fingers crossed it won't be months like others have had to deal with)

At first I felt like this was a scam I was having difficulty uploading my verification documents and at a frustration you ask them to close my account instead of doing so they reached out to me and asked me what my issue was and when I told them you know what they fixed it I was verified and everything was fine their customer service is responsive and they accommodate and triage every issue it's not a bad site

Update, received withdraw shortly after writing this review. I think customer service/live support needs to improve so there is communication. The welcome offer was great and I achieved a balance capable of being withdrawn. My withdraw is still pending from 3 days ago. The site says they have 24/7 live support. I messaged live support 24 hours ago and still have yet to receive a response. So obviously 24/7 support does not exist. If I get a response or receive my payout I’ll update my review.
