Gameplay was okay, the same as like 12 other sites though. But what sticks in my head is the redemption process and how horrible and slow it took them. it took over 12 days for both my redemptions. I won't recommend anyone to play there because of that

Other reviews share this same claim. The first redemption was done in less that 24 hours and this included KYC verifications. After a week of being told "they are working on it" and "It will be soon" I did some research and It looks like many other people have problems getting redemptions released to them in events almost up to a month or not at all. my first and only successful redemption was sent last month and it was issued and on my debit card within 1 or 2 days. I played 2 weeks later and They only tell me "please be patient" and "there's nothing we (customer service) can do. My $200 redemption has been sittting in "commited" state for 12 days and the doesn't count the 3 day they left it sitting unaccepted.
