Horrible service and support team is terrible also I’ve been stuck in reversal cut off has expired for 5 days now usually way faster and support can’t give me a timeframe of when I can possibly receive my winnings I have redeemed from this site before only took 4 days . I think this site should be taken down all other casinos are faster within 24 hours . Agents are so rude on this site they even ignore every question you ask I have documented our conversations. Support is nonexistent

I encourage everyone to go to AskGamblers.com and Better business bureau and file a complaint. You can also try any different gambling commission site to complain this fraud site. I won $500 and its been 3 weeks no action. They just sent me a template saying due to high traffic excuses. This is not true, they are stalling our money because this site is Fraud. I hope they close soon for breaking their T&C and for scamming people. I hope we still get our money.

48+ HOURS WAITING ON A $100 CASH-OUT — AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAS NO REAL ANSWERS. Big Shot Games is quick to accept your money and let you play, but apparently cashing out is a completely different story. I requested a $100 withdrawal and have now been waiting over 48 hours. I contacted customer support multiple times, and every time I got essentially the same useless response: there is a “minor issue,” everything “should be fine,” and someone will “reach out as soon as possible.” That doesn’t actually resolve anything. If there’s a problem with my withdrawal, tell me what the problem is. If everything is fine, process the withdrawal. Telling a customer to keep waiting with no explanation is unacceptable. The customer service experience is also incredibly disappointing. You’re essentially dealing with a generic support system rather than representatives who take ownership of the issue and actually try to help. I’ve had much better experiences with other sweepstakes sites where customer service representatives identify themselves and actually seem to care about resolving customer problems. SpeedSweeps and RichSweeps are two sites I would personally choose over Big Shot Games based on my experience. The biggest red flag for me is the difference between how quickly they accept payments versus how slowly they handle withdrawals. Taking someone’s money should be easy. Paying out legitimate winnings shouldn’t feel like pulling teeth. After this experience, I will NEVER play on Big Shot Games again. ⚠️ My advice: If you’re considering depositing money here, think twice. There are other sweepstakes sites where I’ve had a much better cash-out and customer-service experience. Big Shot Games has completely lost my trust.

I've sent them every kind of identification that they have asked for, I am verified, and they only owe me $100. but I have been waiting for 12 days since I provided them with my information including aid that I had to go purchase because it was one letter different than what was on my phone bill. They still have nothing in my money. They have no problem taking your money when you purchase coins from them but they sure don't want to give you any money that they owe you when it comes time. this casino is a fraud/scam.

Had $200 in me account redeeming for 3 weeks. They closed my account today without explanation and stole my money. Will be filing for arbitration if I do not recieve a response.
