BigScootsReviews of bigscoots.com

I have been with Big Scoots for a very long time. Justin and the whole crew are top notch partners! They really treat their clients spaces as their own. Extremely talented, helpful, you absolutely won’t find a better deal anywhere else for managed hosting environment! Thank you all! Joe & The Media Butler Team

BigScoots has the most responsive support team ever. Once, when I had just redesigned my site, my tech guy made some error that caused the site to disappear completely. I contacted BigScoots support at 2 a.m. when I realized this. They fixed the problem (that my guy created). My site was back up and running within an hour. And that's just the most dramatic of the many times I've contacted support. Their customer support just can't be beat.

Not only a great product, but the customer service always goes above and beyond!

Been with them for over a decade. Literally! I locked in web hosting at $3 per month in the late 2010s and haven't looked back. Customer support is always super fast. Hope to stay with them until I die lol!

I always get quick and helpful feedback when issues arise. I'm confident my website is in good hands.

Great customer service!

They go above and beyond with their services. If you ever have ANY issue, a live human being will get back to you within 5 minutes and typically have your problem solved that day, if not within hours.

I am a blogger and a writer. BigScoots has been hosting my websites for a couple of years now. They offer a well rounded and all inclusive services. Domain, hosting, email, wordpress, DNS, certificates, site maintenance, everything that you may need to create and maintain your online presence. Their customer service, and IT teams are super responsive, fast and reliable. I always feel well supported by real human beings and professionals who do not rely on a script and that makes all the difference. I used to be with two other competitors in the past and I can tell you that the BigScoots team is a breath of fresh air. Whether you are a beginner or a well seasoned techie, I recommend BigScoots. My experience has been, seamless, easy and just right.
