Great shopping experience when buying our new Queen Size mattress.
No pressure pleasent shopping experience. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the mattresses your company sales and where they are made. After sleeping on the mattress I chose it was twice as comfortable as the not so old pillow top mattress we got rid of. Everyone said the pillow top was the way to go but I and your salesman disagreed the pillow top wore out in less than 5 years, and we didn't buy it at Big Sandy, what a big mistake. Very happy with purchase so far! Thanks for asking, Jerry

Good, Not Quite Perfect
Dinged a star due to one of my packages having noticeable damage. The item itself was fine, however (55" TV).

Failure to notify
Ordered a new chair and was told it would take a month to get it, and they would notify when it came in. After 6 weeks I called to get a status update. I was told the chair was there. I don't know how long it had been there, but there was no notification.

we had great sales n only thing is l called wells fargo n you all had not release our bill. David called n they said they would check into it but never recieved a call we got our bills of today

Not easy to return an item
Purchased a matress. It didn't suit us as it was sold to us. Decided to exchange for a different matress. Service during the exchange was unpleasant. End result: still an uncomfortable matress, and now have inaccurate billing to deal with. Probably first and last experience with Big Sandy.
