We bought our furniture in the second week of July at Big Sandy’s Huber Heights Ohio. Two pillows had to be ordered cause the ones on our swivel rocker wasn’t in stock at the store or warehouse. We are still getting emails from the Lady that sold us our furniture and her email says (Hi y'all... Rebecca here.. just wanted to update on the Pillows... still waiting for them to come in stock. As soon as I get word.. I'll let you know.) That was 08/19/22

They incorrectly hooked my stove up without grounding it, causing all the appliances to shock us when we touched them. This could of caused a fire or serious injury. I would never buy from this store again.

I love my mattress. I got a Tempurpedic Lux Breeze and its the best mattress ever!!!

I bought a sofa from Big Sandy with a damage insurance coverage--costing me $250. When I discovered that a magic marker stain was there, I took the cushion to the store I bought it at. I was provided a phone number to remove the stain. The first person I talked with told me it was not covered and that the store personnel did not understand what their department does. He was also quite rude. DONT EVER INVEST IN THEIR DAMAGE POLICY. IT IS A RIP-OFF.

Installation and customer service is a joke! Our dishwasher was not draining properly and come to find out, their installation crew just jammed the hoses up against the wall and the drain hose broke. We were able to run a few cycles but standing water was left. I had cleaned out what I could and we have not used it since. So we called and reported this about five times and sent them photos of the problem…no call back the first time, they sent a Samsung rep out the second time (wrong person), third time, sent another Samsung rep out (wrong person again), fourth time…fifth time sent a crew here that clearly stated, “I don’t know why we are here”. They came in and took a look at the dishwasher and while doing so, had the dishwasher was leaking water all over because they had it tipped. I said put the dishwasher in a lever position so it doesn’t soak my floor. SMH! Well, with water everywhere, I said, enough of this. They said they were not taking apart my dishwasher to replace the hose and that I would need a new dishwasher. How did we get to this point!!! If they would have listened to our initial problem, we wouldn’t be six months down the road without a dishwasher. Also, when they installed our microwave, they had the fan blowing in the wrong direction and ventilation was not working as it should. They mounted the bracket to drywall (luckily we had our cabinets replaced and cabinet guy showed me the problem). It’s a miracle it did not fall! So disappointed with BIg Sandy and their poor service, and (from my experience) incompetent staff (not saying all but those in my experience).

Great talk but poor quality furniture purchased a table and 6 chairs was soppose to be a maple table made by amish very very durable almost undestructable sopposly only had it about 2 weeks and already see paint peeling off chairs and these werid little sink holes started appearing called they said a tech had to come out waited almost 2 weeks for a tech to come out he said they will get ahold of me the same day to discuss the issue and nothing getting really tired of seeing a 3000 dollar table that wasn't even worth 100 should have just shopped off Facebook marketplace and got a used one it would of proablly been better quality

Ordered an appliance and it told me shipping was $20. Accepted shipping. They cancelled the order and told me they didn't have the item AND that I was outside of their area... This wasn't local delivery .. this was literally, on their site, home delivery anywhere. If you want to be a national e-commerce company, ship everywhere and have a website that has better code than the 3 year old developers you have with one shipping option. You can bet I went to the site and the appliance is still up! All boils down to them picking the sales they want to make and knowing they would loose too much money. OK to do this for price errors, not OK to do this for normal business.

If I could give them a zero I would… DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS BUSINESS. I attempted to give them the benefit of doubt, but that’s a negative. Purchased a house full of items with warranties because the sales person at the time was very patient and explained everything clear. Issue one - reached out to big sandy about an issue with my dryer I purchased a warranty for and no one answered the phone and was forced to drive to the store to put in thr request. Was told that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. No one ever contacted me. After about the third or forth attempt I gave up…. Second issue - tried to setup to get my furniture re-stuffed as we had purchased warranties to cover EVERYTHING, now being told that the most expensive item was not covered… and the salesman that sold us the items is no longer with the company…. They sale you a bail of goods and then NEVER GIVE YOU WHAT YOU WERE SOLD ON. The sales manager was more concerned about getting her point across and ignored the fact that I said I would get off the phone multiple times… she was so sure her staff didn’t make a mistake that they just lost a valuable customer… DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. As the sales manager reminded me that when they delivered the items there was a pieces of furniture that they forgot and had to reorder it and deliver it by its self… only had that one issue with the items we purchased and realized/thought the warranty was up and was only trying to use it before it was gone… CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, after you spend your money in this location!!!
