Overall it went well. The only issue for me was that when the cashier asked another lady for help, that lady got an attitude with her. It was very unprofessional . I felt bad for the cashier. The cashier was very sweet and handled it well.

This is for Eric Toney and Adam Dale from Operations for Big Sandy's. My mother-in-law’s brand-new KitchenAid range stopped working almost immediately. After service calls and a difficult experience trying to resolve the problem through the sales side, Eric Toney and Adam Dale from Big Sandy’s Operations team stepped in. Eric and Adam arranged an exchange for a Frigidaire Gallery range within days and processed the refund. They were professional, responsive, and went the extra mile to make sure my mother-in-law had a functioning range. I’m grateful to Eric and Adam for resolving the issue. The experience also showed how much the customer’s experience can depend on who steps in to help.

Purchased on line - received a text from Eleni confirming my order. Eleni kept me updated on when I could pick up my purchase - probably the best purchase I have ever made with Big Sandy!

My product was amazing. The delivery guys were great, however, they accidentally damaged my drain pan in my house. Big Sandy will not take responsibility for the damages.
