Warning!! Don't use this company. After paying for a boom and getting a confirmation call I still got the wrong equipment. I had a job scheduled and a crew waiting for a boom lift to take down a couple large trees, but never got the boom I needed. This cost me a days work and hundreds of dollars in labor. Not to mention the reputation of my company. They told me they don't guarantee delivery, so you might or might not get your equipment. Don't risk your job and labor on a maybe. Go anywhere else.

We ordered a 45 foot lift 5 days in advance an payment was successful but the day that the lift was supposed to come nobody ever showed up I got a callback from the representative stating they cannot find me a Lift but yet they took my money 1500 bucks an now The day that they were supposed to drop it off I never heard nothing got no email or anything I had to call and track down where the lift was and come to find out they said they canceled on me and my money would be put back 5 to 6 business days…. Stay very far away from these people not unless you wanna hassle

First thing they wanted was Contact info and credit card number for rental. You cant pick up equipment. I guess you just get stuck with what ever they drop off. I want to see what Im renting and see in fully functional before the agreement is made. Not sure what these folks are peddling but I didnt bite on their line of BS.

Rented a lift they dropped it off and parked it on soft dirt . Of course it was stuck. And then lied to me and said there driver would never park it there and that it was me. Lost a whole day of work . Place is a joke do not rent with them . If I could I would give them no stars.

Completely incompetent! Horrible set and processing, then canceled the day before delivery. No order numbers, receipts, confirmations, etc. It’s amazing they’re in business at all. They come off as a scam company. Beware people, Beware of Bigrentz!!!

I rented a machine through DOZR here in NC. It was 2 weeks ago. Each time they delivered a machine to my site it was broken. I have yet to receive my money back from them. DOZR said they were waiting on Hertz to refund the money from the contractor. I ended up spending an additional 1300. To rent another machine from them. This time they can’t find a machine but my money has been deducted from my account. It’s bad business to have a working crew waiting on a mini excavator for 3 weeks. Think twice before renting from DOZR.

This company is a joke! Don’t waste your time. They collect payments then cancel on you last minute. I’ve heard of several people that this has happened with now. Sign of company with financial troubles!

Worst customer service and protection plan policy is a joke. I've been in the industry for 10+ years and have had to rent a few forklifts over the years. Things happen and that is why I always purchase the protection plan. And in a few instances, it was well worth it. But the plan this company offers only covers 10% of any repairs. A pump broke on our forklift and the amount I "save" with the protection plan was less then the $400 I spent to insure the forklift. I will not be renting from them again.
