I frequently visit the Big Lots store in Boyertown Pa. There is a gentleman that works there that actually has me coming back so often. His name is River. I have never in all my 37 years have ever been treated like this kind and beautiful soul does. Whenever I can't find something or looking for a idea for my never ending downstairs remodel he is right there and he always goes out of his way to make sure I leave with a (big) smile on my face.So charming. Trust me Chivalry is not dead.

I bought a sofa and a table + 4 stools from the Casselberry store and I was very well assisted by the manager Samantha. She was very kind and helpful. My sofa came with a defect but she solved the problem right away. I wish every store had a manager like her. If I could score the store over 10 I would. Thank you guys!

My Big Lots in Burlington, NC is the best! I needed a mattress quick for a hospital bed I'd had in storage ever since I had recovered from cancer. We had tossed the old mattress before putting the bed in storage (about 4 years ago now) Needed full linens too. (sheets, blankets, comforter, etc). My 86 YO Mom had broken her back and was coming to our house to recover (in a full back brace) and the hospital bed would allow her to sleep more comfortably. It was close to closing time yet the employees took time to help me pick the right mattress and other items I needed. They were helpful, kind and I could tell they really valued me as a customer. I've been back to the store two or three times since and every employee I've dealt with at this store has been awesome! I'll definitely be shopping here again!

Ordered a dresser from Big lots- The box was missing some pieces and hardware. Iris and her staff at Big Lots Middletown NJ went above and beyond to help out my boyfriend and I and got us the parts/pieces we needed from her store that day. Thank you Iris!

BIG LOTS STORE# 1477 I WAS LOOKING TO PURCHASE AN GAZEBO, WHICH I DID! MARK WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE BROYILL GAZEBO. I WAS PURCHASING. MARK STATED THAT I NEED NOT BE IN A RUSH, JUST GIVE HIM OR THESIS AN HEADS UP AS TO WHEN I WANTED TO COME AND PICK MY GAZEBO UP. I MUST SAY, ROUGHLY A WEEK LATER, I CALLED THE STORE AND THESIS ANSWERED THE PHONE. HE STATED HE WILL HAVE EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND READY FOR MY PICK-UP AND THESIS DID NOT DISAPPOINT ME. HE WAS SO NICE AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME LOAD MY GAZEBO, EVEN THOUGH THE STORE WAS SUPER BUSY AND THEY WAS SHORT STAFF. THESIS DID AN AWESOME JOB AT TAKING CARE OF ME AND MY GAZEBO. I am late in doing this -but the service i got in particular from furniture salesperson "Annette" at the store on OBT & Central Florida Pkwy (Orlando) was so exceptional I wanted to give her a shout out for excellent service. I went in many time looking for a particular recliner ( Broyhill tan rocker and recliner) but they were always sold out or had it on hold for someone else..I did this for about 6 weeks, and most every time "Annette"was there.. she always welcomed me and understood I needed that particular item ( the arms are padded, but firm enough for a sick person to push up on to stand)..I am sorry this is so late, and the review form says they will forward this to Big Lots - i dont have my sales ticket anymore, and I dont want to create an account there just to file this review.. but I hope management sees this and realizes what a valued employee she is.. I'm in sales as well, so I recognize superior service, and wanted to formally acknowledge her abilities WTG Annette! THANK YOU -sincerely David H

I frequent your store more and more as selections are expanding. My most recent visit was to buy water and some paper plates. My experience with Molly was exceptional. She's pleasant, knowledgeable and bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. She's the first face of your company and a shining example of how it's done right!

I was given excellent customer service from Greg at the Austell Road Big Lots. He will always be my go to guy from here on out. I was told I could get money off if I my sale and sure enough he went on line to my account and showed my how to pull it up and redeem my coupon. He is the best way to go all the way out. ABOVE AND BEYOND service. PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!!!!
