I would give it 0 stars if possible. I ordered a bed over 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered June 24th and it still says processing. I called customer service and they keep transferring me and I get no answer. I have left messages and sent emails and still no response.I just want to cancel my order and get my money back. At this point I'm going to call my bank and dispute because I can't get ahold of anyone. They are HORRIBLE and I wouldnt recommend them!

DO NOT EVER EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM BIG LOTS...SEEMS OMNI AINT SO GREAT AFTER ALL Contacting since May on damaged patio furniture...emails. messages and endless hours many many hours on hold as this was the 3rd problem since the day i placed my order and the store lost it......and here I am at this moment on hold still trying to get replacement pieces for the damaged Broyill patio set...and still no RESOLUTION....or even a person who says anything remotely resembling a resolution!,,NEVERAGAIN

Customer service is the worst. I needed to change the delivery address for a sectional I purchased online. I could not schedule delivery without Big Lots changing my address. 2 weeks and still has not been approved. I've spent over 4 hours on hold during 3 phone calls and countless transfers. I even sent an e-mail that was never responded to. The warehouse themselves told me my piece will still ship from the same warehouse! But Big Lots is dragging their feet. I then asked to cancel my order and was sent to a supervisor, who sent me to voicemail. This has been the worst customer service experience ever. I will never shop here again and will let others know of my experience.

My wife and I bought a couch, ottoman, and a recliner from Big Lots. We were very excited about our new living room. And I have no idea what happened to my receipt. Guilty. Not even two weeks after our purchase, everything started fraying and coming undone. At this point I thought ehh its just a little bit, not a big deal. Not even 6 months later we now have the ugliest completely ruined couch and recliner I've ever seen. And after calling and complaining multiple times, they refuse to refund us without a receipt. We are not rich, and this was a pretty big investment for us. We are completely dissatisfied and totally disappointed with Big Lots and their staff. We will never give them any business again. I just wish they would do the right thing. This is so disappointing. El Paso, Texas Big Lots, on Montana. Thanks for nothing.

Been calling this turds for 2 weeks about my couch that’s missing the other half and all they do is keep transferring me and no answer can’t cancel order because in order to complete cancellation you have to speak to customer center I will never again In my life purchase anything from t Big lots

I received my bill for Big Lots on June 18th. My payoff date was June 13th. I didn't get my bill to the 18th and now they're charging me $150 fee for not paying the balance off. This company stinks and their credit card services and practices. I guess they don't care about people that were affected by the coronavirus financially

Went to big lots in Asheboro nc saturday.bought all new coushions for my patio furniture. Plus I bought an outdoor chandelier for my gazebo. The chandelier didn't work. I took it back yesterday (Monday). I had the reciept. No box. Well they started telling me they couldn't take it without a box. My question was. Who keeps the boxes of everything they buy? My whole place would be covered with boxes.ibfinally got my money back. With that said. The young lady that helped me when I bought my coushions was so awesome. She even got a tape measure and measured the ones I liked. Another helpful hintbwould be for big lots to have some grills assembled. I would have bought one a month ago. Instead I spent a grand st Lowe's making my outdoor grilling area

Went to Big Lots New Smyrna beach on 44. Chose to buy to dog walk extendable leashes . They were marked 3.99. We chose 2 of them. At the register they rang up at 12.99 each. I said that they price tag on them clearly stated 3.99. The response was " oh let me call my boss " With his back turned ..... he muffled I'll tell them . Sorry , I can't sell them to you for that price.I stated that it was the law that the price marked by the store should be honored . He said " I just work here ". No manager , no honoring the price . No nothing. We didn't buy those leashes, but this store was illegally dishonest , They do not care , and I will be calling corporate . Now I understand all the 1 star reviews. Step up to the plate BIG LOTS!!!!
