Flavorless
Their freeze dried fruit are flavorless. The peaches taste faintly of chemicals. Mulberries have more flavor than the peaches or the mango. Which is crazy because mulberries naturally have a pretty mellow flavor.

As far as loving the product that’s a no brainer! The steamed sweet potatoe sticks are great! Buttttttt from the time of ordering the product to shipping and getting to me takes 3 weeks to get the product! So not acceptable! I’ll have to go back to ordering from Amazon when the have this in stock! I pretty much pay the same thing once you all add the shipping cost, but I get the product in a day or two

Don't like the fact that this is manufactured in China. They don't have the same standards that we do. Is it really organic?

Broken open tea bags…a mess
All 3 packages of the tea I ordered came and all contain broken open tea bags with spilled buckwheat pellets:(.

We tried the Black Rice Capellini
We tried the Black Rice Capellini, for the first time. The instructions say to to boil for 10 minutes, for al dente. Waaaaayyy to long! We lost a great deal of volume and the noodles were disintegrating!? I’ll try the remaining 2 oz. at 5 min. and go from there. Did anyone there actually try cooking this stuff according to the directions???? It was purchased at a local store. The best way to rectify this would be to CORRECT THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! Duh.

Stocking and shipping
The products are good. Been looking for the millet products but they have not been in stock. Finally "some" came in but I have not seen my order yet !!!
