Bad delivery service
the package food was delivered and set in the middle of the stairs without any notification; hence the food was exposed to sun and rain for nearly 24 hours. Absolutely not acceptable!

Does not exclusively ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx as mentioned on website
Delivery by unlisted 3rd party shipper with no tracking updates available. Order delivered with no alert and box and items were soaked with damp. Contacted Big Green Organic via email regarding issue 7 business days ago and have not received any reply from the company. I will not be ordering from this company in the future.

Is this normal?
My package was shipped on Oct. 22. It has meandered from California to Cincinnati and now to Georgia. Order# 11415. 11 days and it's not anywhere near my state. Is this normal?

We picked USPS priority but the package…
We picked USPS priority but the package was sent FedEx and now its still stuck 2 states away in West Virginia after an entire week with no delivery in sight. It was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago according to the ETA

Horrible smell!!!!!
I want to return this product as it smells like pesticides. It is not edible.

No experience with the company
No experience with the company, but I got an ad from them that was all in English except a couple things in mandarin one of which was the button to exit the ad. So dumb, and definitely will not be trying their product now.

Not shipping what I wanted
Not shipping what I wanted. Asked to hold order until could ship it in full. Disregarded my request & shipped a partial & canceled the balance. Now I’m supposed to check till they restock what i needed! Very frustrating!!!!!!!!
