Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your account, we see that your paid membership was not canceled before the trial period ended, which led to the charge. A few months after the initial charge, you reached out to request a cancellation, and we provided instructions on how to do so, along with our refund contact number. It appears that you successfully canceled at that time. A couple of months later (March), you contacted us again regarding ongoing charges. Upon investigation, we found a second account that you had created, and we promptly refunded you for the months you were unaware of. From our end, it appears this matter was resolved appropriately—you were able to cancel your first account when you initially reached out, and we issued a refund for the second account once the issue was identified. Update: We have followed up with you through our customer service team and informed you that the social media account you were messaging was a spam BiggerPockets account. BiggerPockets NEVER asks for money to be transferred via Paypal, Crypto, money order, or wire transfers. We also do not use Wavers Ton Stream for any work related to our company. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and that you were scammed by a media account that is not associated with our company. We will be taking this information and investigating this media account to get it shut down.
