I had a favorite Henley shirt with a guitar on it. I have had it for about 10 years. It's one of my favorites, so I have all but worn it out. I took it to Big Frog to see if they could make me a replacement. They took pictures of it and gave those to the design person, Matt. Matt worked up a proof for me to see. It wasn't exactly what I had in mind, and I explained what I would like to change. Matt made the changes and sent me another proof. This time it was what I had hoped for and more. I approved the design and waited for the shirt to be ready for pick up. When I got there, I saw the shirt and knew that I would recommend Big Frog and I told Matt that I would return if I needed something special again.

PSA all Big Frog locations are independently owned!!! You can go to any Big Frog location OTHER THAN Upper West Side and you will have a much better experience! Kerry owns the UWS location and is extremely rude and unprofessional. So far, all other locations have been a pleasure to work with!

We are very pleased with Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More. By suggesting we try Direct To Garment printing for this order, they were able to provide quality shirts in less than two weeks for our event. Even though like other printers they're very busy, they made time for Mercy, and we're very grateful! We also appreciated the convenient on-line payment option. (p.s. One shirt was the wrong size, and they got us a replacement immediately!)

BEWARE! The tee shirts are not quality. Do not trust anything Masen tells you. I was in communication with Masen via phone and email. I asked specific questions about the softness of the shirts and sizing. She gave me inaccurate information. I picked up the tee shirts to learn not only do the shirts run large when she said it runs small but the shirts feel like sandpaper. I called to speak with Masen, a manager or someone in charge. Masen was out to lunch. The lady who came on the phone did not introduce herself so I do not have her name. At one point during the call, I specifically told her that she wasn't help. Her response "I'm not sure what we can do for you." How can someone be placed in a position of authority when they don't know how to address a customer's dissatisfaction with the product? I did not ask for a refund, I did not ask for a discount. I wanted to let them know that what happened was not appropriate. Instead of accountability, I was made to feel like it was my fault that Masen gave me inaccurate information. The shirts I ordered were a surprise for a good friend. The quality is so bad I cannot give it to the friend. I just wasted my hard earned money. I do not typically write reviews but felt compelled to given the experience. I am a firm believer in supporting local business, this experience Big Frog Custom T-Shirts won't change that for other local businesses, only this one. I will NEVER do business with this company and will make a point to make sure none of my friends or associates do either. I wouldn't want to chance them having the same experience I had.
