I came from Shopify, Big Commerce is excellent and would have had a 5 star but the use of Big Commerce on Mobile is Futile. Big Commerce needs an app for Android.

Easy to use platform with a wide range of resources for learning to use it. Excellent built in tools compared to the competition and painless customer service. Only let down by it's current compatibility with Adwords conversion tracking and analytics.

Good stable offering. We've used it for 2 years and we're happy with it. However we'd love the if the following functionalities were to be integrated: 1. Custom set prices in multiple currencies without using the inbuilt currency converter 2. More apps on the app market.

Bigcommerce is a good way to get a store online. Has good integration with other apps, but some are just too expensive for smaller businesses.

BigCommerce is great but for some reason it keep having issues with the site acting slow. It offer great apps and decent prices.

Bigcommerce's customer support is second to none. My only criticism has been their reliance on their expensive 3rd-party partner solutions instead of bringing features to the platform. Specifically, before I signed up, I asked about having categories only use media mail. I was told it was coming. Four years later and it still isn't possible. Instead, I have been told to pay one of their partners another $80 a month for this simple feature. Beyond that, it seems like any new features that have been added over the years really have nothing to do with the kind of online business we have.

Good experience, but missing some features that should be basic.
