Just found out that my site is so slow it could barely be worst. Two years ago I had my site refreshed for Big Commerce, now I find out Big Commerce is no longer supporting the original theme I started with. This was called their Blueprint theme and now they are supporting a stencil theme. This means everybody had to spend $2-$6000 to upgrade their site!! I pay $70 a month for the last 4 years and now I received a quote of $5000 to upgrade my site! Just so I can have the pleasure of having Big Commerce be my host! Goodby Big Commerce, you are the worst!!

There is issue with my website layout I brought up years ago and it was never fixed. Its annoying having to constantly change passwords. Designing a regular page without products for sale is very difficult. Cant figure out how to get year end reports or spread sheets so have to add it up manually. Would not recommend.

They may be OK for a small T-shirt or jewelry mom-pop shop. Multiple warehouses, virtual products with physical option and inventory control? I think not. You should consider a platform that can adapt with your changing business, not one that forces you to adjust your business to suit their platform. Can't justify their pricing model either. Would not recommend.

I'm rating this low because I have a support case open since January and I have not received any status on it. We have an issue with credit card transaction going to 2Checkout that has forced us to stop receiving credit card payments and nobody has done anything about it. It is really frustrating dealing with BigCommerce Support.

Really overpriced for what you get. Things that are basic and included with other platforms cost more on BC. We've had server issues with them too. Very disappointing.

We are still waiting on a response & fix to our inventory management issue. The issue started over 6 months ago and still has not been resolved!

Many things that they advertise are either poorly done or rely on 3rd party apps you have to pay for. The stock shipping app is not useful for anyone who ships even a moderate amount and the paid apps they suggest are $200 a month. The QuickBooks online integration is not smooth and takes a lot of work to use. Inventory tracking is poor and requires work arounds. The mobile pages for the free cornerstone styles don't display categories correctly. In 2 months I've had over 4 support tickets that have not been solved.

Pricing. Someone has to call me back, left a voicemail and sent a contact form.
