pathetic customer service. not able to solve my problem whereas this issue is created by bigcommerce api itself.

Not worth it, got only few reviews in 6 months, there must be a way in which we should also know when they sent review email to customer so we can follow up.

your support sucks. I have four stores is big, person of thinking about switching them all out. Some your people are good but some of them are ignorant, arrogant, and useless. I'm trying to resolve an issue with JavaScript now and the little twerp who helped me was no help at all. And when I got an email on the case there was no way to reply Why on earth would you send a reply with information about an open case with no way to reply to get further help? It's crazy. Honestly sometimes I don't know why I even use big commerce.

Can’t use Bank of America for merchant account. Customers don’t receive email notifications when placing orders. Intergation with other social media platforms not simplified.

Been billing me for months without having access to my site. No replies when I try to cancel the service.

Not user friendly and confusing as to when money arrives in our account. Also wouldn't integrate reliably with our shipping platform. Many of our order we're incorrect, canceled, not paid for, or not inputted to ship. We stopped using Big Commerce and changed to another commerce platform that's more used friendly and doesn't have these issues.

Horrible experience with customer service. They have had issues syncing with my POS system and it’s causing me to lose sales. When I call in every time I’m told- I’m not authorized to assist with that. Wel- lets get someone on the line that can! Going round and round for 2 weeks with NO resolve.

1 Star as they have had an issue with code and wont give a deadline for repairs and will only say its being looked at. meanwhile we have a store down and are on the cusp of losing clients.
