I’ve used big cash a long time. At first it was fine then gradually I wouldn’t get paid i would have to argue with support they still owe me a lot but I kept trying because I need the extra income well today I tried to cash out 35 usually it’s instant but today they emailed me that they are withholding my reward until I send a picture of myself I told them that it felt creepy considering they’d never done that before and they stopped replying and didn’t give my reward.

This is horrible, they didn't send me my $15 and made my big cash account have 150,000 coins negative which equals to $600. Big cash is a complete SCAM

Don't install this app. They don't pay you at all. Cashout and didnt receive my payment usually i will receive email notification but now they don't. I guess they just get people to scam

I referred someone and was supposed to get $15 referral money but didn't receive it. I have emailed them numerous times and they are ignoring me they will not respond. That is very unprofessional of them.
