Bigcashweb is great when you first start out earning rewards from their offers, but once you reach the higher thresholds of rewards, their support team outright ignores your requests for rewards to be credited for completed offer steps. Here is my advice; exploit their "BigCash specials" using the bonuses for making first purchases to catapult yourself further in progress in other offers from the specials tab. Don't waste more than $5 of your own money, but get some decent higher step rewards, and once you don't get credit for the first step that took any meaningful effort/ time, ditch the website. The support team will ignore you if you're missing credit for higher rewards, so don't waste the time trying. Learn from my and others mistakes, exploit BigCash like the way they've exploited us.

Dont waste ur time....they wont pay ur rewards and when u "contact" customer service u will just be ignored....

This used to be my favorite app but now, it's literally the most dumbest. Why is support and option when you don't respond or you just ignore people. I have cashed out so much money that it hasn't come to my email and the support ignores me, so I can't change my email! THEN ! on top of that they will track the first quests and deals but then the more you keep playing they claim they can't track anything or just doesn't. I WASTED MY TIME ON THIS DUSTY A** WEBSITE. Should have known especially since they dnt have an app but a website.

Starting in May of this year I was referred to this website to earn extra income since I had recently lost my second job and needed the assistance and I don't like to take handouts I wanted to at least perform the activities and earn the money myself until I can find another more permanent position. I liked the site initially, the offers were plentiful, they had multiple categories depending on what your focus was earning large amounts or earning quickly and I completed a number of tasks within the first couple of days, I also referred another friend and within a day or two I received my referral bonus. But that is where the good experience ended, I was not credited appropriately for not a single solitary one of my offers, I reported this to their customer service and received a prompt answer within a couple of hours that they were working on it and resolve it for me a couple of days went by and I received a message saying hi we've resolved your issue you know let us know if you need anything else. I went to my account only to find that they had credited only 1/3 of one of the three offers I hadn't been paid out for so I immediately return to the email and explain to them the remaining issue and to this moment 3 months later I haven't been able to get the compensation that I earned in May and luckily I suppose, it was only for a small amount of money, but at least two of them required at least a small amount of money to be input and so at this moment instead of earning money from these people I have spent money in an attempt to earn, because I acted in good faith whereas it is now clear they have not. I persisted in my attempts to contact them and the funny thing is that if I contact them about something small and innocuous I can get a nearly instant response however whenever I inquire about money that I'm owed, the main reason I'm sure people write to them at all experience nothing but radio silence. I thought I would start one more offer this week, I thought perhaps it was my tracking that was inaccurate and I worked on one offer for a couple of hours and I accomplished six tasks, but wouldn't you know three of them didn't record and it happened to be the three with the highest payout, the experience in May the lack of communication and this most recent experience leading me to believe that this company does not operate in good faith it has no intention of paying people out the funds that they're due. I intend to give them a few days to possibly respond to this review or my most recent email that I sent today and if in a week's time they have not responded I'm going to reach out to the FTC and the Better Business Bureau and any other entity I can find to report them and have them investigated for fraud.

I completed their tasks but never redirect coins on several games. They don't get back to me when I've sent screenshots of proof. I also went to cash out recently they took my coins and never paid me. Don't waste your time with this trash site.
