like many on this app I posted a review way too early. This app is not trust worthy. when I cashed out between 1 dollar and 5 dollars there were not issues. as soon as I hit the 35 dollar cash out I got an email warning from the CEO "Nayan" saying "We’ve noticed that you’ve been starting multiple games and completing early cashback steps, but not continuing meaningful progress in those games afterward." this is completely false because I just started using the website to earn from February 16 to February 23 and a majority of those days I was going back and forth playing the games I had selected through the BIGCASH and the offers I had chosen which the time limit for those offers weren't done. I tried emailing the owner multiple times. he claimed I started offers and wasn't going to finish them when in reality I never showed dishonest gameplay and played every game consistently for days. I've used other apps such as FREECASH/HEYCASH/SWAGBUCKS/AND JUSTPLAY for years and earned over 1000 bucks. and completed many offers. within the offers time period. 7 days completing cashback steps and still playing the game this is a good sign for websites like these. Here's the problem. right after I received the email I had the 35 dollar cash out pending. then it turned back into coins. and I requested the 35 for the second time and I noticed after I requested it that every other option but the 100 dollar option was removed . I responded to the email with sincerity and concern. because this is a penalty. and I was assured that I wasn't going to be penalized. then the owner finally got back to my email and said "You are not progressing in the games you started. Your thresholds are dynamic. Continue to stick in the games you started and your thresholds will come down" btw I have 7 offers open 2 are completely done and one of them I'm ineligible for which leaves me at 4 games. the first game I downloaded from big cash have has 12 tasks completed in it and all the other ones have 5-6 task completed. mind you I just started the other 3. how am I not progressing in my games. I cannot help getting stuck in the progress of the game because of how the game is designed. am I not doing what I'm supposed to do? and if you are actively removing withdrawal options and pushing my cash outs back into coins how is this not a direct form of penalty. then the owner proceeds to say "I have restored out of goodwill. But continue playing the games over 20 days." as if he isn't in the wrong. just be very weary when it comes to these people because they are not good on there word.
