From the day I booked the cabin 5 months in advance, up until the day of arrival I was in contact with a vacation specialist that was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & honest. I had more then a handful of questions that were answered. The day of, there was a storm going through the town & the vacation specialist I was in contact did everything she could to provide me with up to date traffic, weather, & road conditions. Upon arrival the checkin was quick, easy, & manageable (read contract prior to checkin). The stay was fantastic, if there was an issue with the home staff was easy to get in touch with & were quick on house calls. Checkout was just as smooth as checkin. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism being that it was my first experience with this company.

This is the second min vacation we make as a family at big bear excellent.

Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Monica made sure I got a good deal over the phone and made my booking experience wonderful. Every time you call or ask questions everyone is so nice and willing to help. The check in and out process was easy. The cabin was well maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Enjoyed my stay!

We’ve stayed with you guys twice and our stay has been wonderful both times. We had a few little issues with our last day and management handled it in a speedy fashion

We have always had a great experience! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Always easy check-in and check out. We were inconvenienced with an accident on the road ahead of us due to bad weather and had to turn around instead of going home; Big Bear Vacations was kind enough to let us book our cabin another night 50% off since it was available. We’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend to others!

I would recommend Big Bear Vacations to anyone going up to Big Bear for a getaway. The only negative about our experience was having to stop at the check-in office to get the lockbox code, which is not done at most other cabins.
