I had my daughters bridal shower and the flowers from Big Apple transformed the restaurant. There was a pink theme and the tone and palette of the flowers were exactly perfect. They also helped me set up the room, party favors and other things. I worked with Lui and I can't say enough about how professional they were, and what a positive experience it was.

I have often used Big Apple and have been pleased for many years. However the delivery of flowers for a Passover dinner was in complete disarray and flowers were falling out of the square and rectangular vases. The standing were fine. Way too much greenery and not enough flowers and then falling out made it worse. I should not have to be rearranging flowers to make them stay in the vase. And all overwhelmed with water spilling everywhere. Given the price which I've always felt was deserved in the past, I was most unhappy and will think twice before ordering again.

Hi Carol, I am so sorry to hear about your most recent experience. This is definitely not typical for Big Apple Florist. I know we can't go back in time and fix what happen over Passover. However we would like to make it up to you. I am going to drop a gift card in the mail to you, we hope you can give us another shot! We apologize again, we know you have lots of things to worry about when hosting and the flowers should not have been one of them! Warmest Regards- Ashley

Big Apple Florist creates floral arrangements that are elegant but make a nice statement to the recipient. No need to pick colors or favorite flowers, let them select seasonally appropriate and you will be very pleased.
