Wow, just WOW I wasnt sure at 1st, i wanted a laptop from the US, but living in the UK, i couldnt get it posted direct, so i started to research "who do i use, and who can i trust to buy a 1000 quid laptop, and post it to me in the UK", well luckily i found Big Apple Buddy, read reviews, thought a while, enquired with them, thought a bit more. Every time i contacted them, the reply was polite, professional and not pushy, i felt comfy each time. So i finally placed the order, and the full price with breakdowns came through, i paid via paypal, was told 3 -7 days for the laptop to arrive at Big Apple Buddy, then 3 days from the US to my door, it arrived 8 days after placing the order, 1 day of that was in customs awaiting VAT. I would definatly use them again, and feel confident to advise friends and family to trust them. Thanks again Big Apple Buddies :) R.Oliver

I have been after a Red North Face Gotham jacket for the last year and unfortunately the UK do not stock this colour. After multiple emails with North Face customer service I almost gave up. I typed in if companies actually did this service and BIG APPLE BUDDY stood out like a great contender. After a few emails with instance responses I started to get a good feeling for this service. So I decided to give it ago with a bit of hesitation. To my surprise EVERTHIING went smoothly and the exact jacket arrived which I have been after for ages. Thank You BIG APPLE BUDDY I would recommend this service whole heartedly :-)

I live in the UK and can buy my favourite clothing brand (Ted Baker) pretty much anywhere worldwide EXCEPT for Bloomingdales. They often carry exclusive styles, not available anywhere else but for some unexplained reason they do to ship to my country AND they will not allow companies such as MyUS to buy on my behalf either. I've seen many gorgeous dresses on-line but have simply been unable to buy them - until now! I came across Bigapplebuddy on a random google search and I can honestly say I wish I had found them sooner. All those lovely TB clothes I could have had... Phillis is a first class professional, absolutely lovely to deal with and very quick at getting your purchases to you. Sure, it costs more but worth every penny to get something you really want. I would highly recommend Bigapplebuddy to anyone in a similar situation to me - I know I'll be using them again next season!

I live in the UK and I had my eye on a computer for a LONG time, unfortunately after lots of extensive research I found out it was only available in the US! However, I did my research and big Apple Buddy just happened to pop up actually, so I emailed and the lady I received the emails from was SO lovely. She explained everything to me so it was easy for me to understand and was such a help and so kind! After quite a lot of umming and ahhing, we decided to order it. The shipping was quite expensive but transatlantic postage is never cheap and they used FedEx. It was nice to know that the package was with a trusted and reputable delivering service, it was also trackable which caused a lot of anticipation and was very useful to know when it would arrive. My only complaints are barely complaints at all, 1. There is no return policy and the US warranty means we would have to pay for postage ourselves and send it all the way back to the states but I'm sure that isn't the case with the majority of electronics. And 2. The charger is American but it was easy enough to buy one! The service was impeccable and I couldnt be more happy with the product, if I was ordering again from the US I would definitely use BAB again!!

Er super godt tilfreds med den service jeg fik hos Bigapplebuddy. Pakken kom efter en lille uge - ja faktisk hurtigere, end hvis jeg havde bestilt med Postnord. Naturligvis er det dyrere end at købe ting i Danmark, da der kommer ekspeditionsgebyr, fragt på samt efterfølgende en regning på told samt moms , men så har man til gengæld lige det, man ønsker sig leveret til døren....Vil helt klart bruge det igen
