An amazing service - we needed to get hold of a Samsung Odyssey headset for one of our VR projects, but they're not available in the UK or EU. From the moment we contacted Bigapplebuddy, it was obvious that the transaction was going to be smooth and efficient, with great communication (from Phillis!).. The order was placed, the goods sourced and, even with our organisation closed over the Christmas until 04 January, it arrived dead on time on that day and was operational the following day. Excellent organisation al round - will definitely be using again!
