Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

I am located in Austria (Land of Glock not Kangaroo´s). After payment was done it took 8 (!) days and the HMD Odyssey+ was in my hands. I´ve shopped in the states but it never went that fast and never was that cheap. I can only say: Keep up the great work and thx alot!

Best service I ever saw! They wrote me all the time to give me updates and show that they care until my order arrived! Absolutely great!!!

I was in contact earlier this year about buying the Apple HomePod but didn't use their service. Then a couple of weeks ago I asked for a new price estimate to buy Anki Vector. What little little detail that struck me first was "It's great to hear from you! I hope things have been well." Adding a simple line for people who has previously contacted the company says something. So this time I decided to buy a product through Big Apple Buddy. And every single step is followed through with professionalism and the speed that any person would think is as fast as possible. I also got my product within days from it's official release. I used transferwise for payment and FedEx Priority for shipping to Sweden. Couldn't have been more satisfied! I was also lucky not having to pay any import taxes!

Amazing service! Shipped to London safely in 3 days. Customer service is super nice, answering any stupid question. Handwritten card inside is the plus touch to a perfect shopping experience.

Wanted to buy a Samsung Galaxy 46 mm LTE smart watch which wasn’t yet available in Singapore by end lf September. Bought it through Big apple buddy which maintained the communication channel open efficiently and the watch was delivered on the door step as promised after a week. Overall great customer service and a good experience. If you are living outside US and want to buy something from US big apple buddy is something I defintely recommend.

Personal and professional service from quote to delivery in France

I used Big Apple Buddy to order a ROCCAT Vulcan 120 AIMO keyboard - currently a best buy exclusive product, with nowhere to purchase in Europe till the beginning of October. Phillis Chan and her team at BAB solved all of that. Service was truly excellent with a quote given in less than 24 hours, and the item purchased as soon as payment was made. Originally, I was hesitant to make a payment before getting the product, especially not from an online store, but I really had nothing to worry about. Phillis kept checking in and updating me throughout every step of the way, and ensured that I was happy with the final product. Although a bit expensive, it is well worth the cost! One week later, and I have my Roccat keyboard, which I am typing this review from. The handwritten note that came with the keyboard was also a great final touch. Simply put, I would recommend Big Apple Buddy to anyone craving a product only available in the US. Will definitely be using the service again in the future. Thanks Phillis!
