Seamless purchase. Purchased a Chromebook which was unavailable in Australia.

In New Zealand, high end chromebooks are not easily available. Hence I had to order directly from the US. I was concerned about purchasing from an overseas site given the cost of the product. However, BigAppleBuddy site was excellent with full explanation and provided a good price and clear price for shipping and taxes due in NZ for the Chrome book I purchased. The process was seamless. The email trail from purchase, receiving the product and follow up is excellent. I will purchase again in future. The Chrome book plus is superb

Purchased a gaming laptop through BAB. The laptop arrived within the quoted timeframe (approx 10 days) and I saved around $700 Australian, after all costs including freight and import duties.
