Excellent and quick service, the product shipped within less than a week and arrived less than a week after that, exactly as advertised, properly packaged without a scratch. The staff is very friendly and caring and you can always expect a response if you contact them.

Fast at communicating! I live in the Netherlands and this is a great way to order something over sea. The delivery was very fast!

Awesome service - fast, incredibly friendly and helpful.

Spent a couple of years trying to obtain a Canada Goose Parka in Australia and then talking direct with Customer Service in Canada and Distribution Outlets - RESULT - WASTE OF TIME. Then Phillis and her team at Big Apple Buddy came to my rescue. Within 2 weeks I had received my Parka. Great follow up and service. Anything difficult to obtain contact BAB. Cheers Peter from Down Under
