Excellent services. My shoes arrived safely to Singapore. This is my First time using The Big Apple Buddy. I am very pleased and satisfied with The Big Apple Buddy Team how they communicate their customer along the way till the parcel arrived. 2 thumbs up for the team. Will be back again!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes for Singapore. Delivery was a bit delayed because of the Covid situation but they kept me in the loop. Items delivered today. Great stuff!

I used Big Apple Buddy for electronics shipping and was amazed by the quality of service. Very professional, very fast, extremely competent and polite personnel who helped me at all phases of the shipment. I would definitely use Big Apple Buddy again and strongly recommend it to everyone who wants to ship overseas!

I live in Vancouver, Canada. I ordered a Microsoft Azure Kinect DK Developer Kit from BIGAPPLEBUDDY (currently Microsoft does not ship the device to Canada). My order date was 13 Apr 2020. The estimation delivery time by choosing FedEx Priority was [16 Apr - 23 Apr] and I received the device on 16 Apr 2020. Super fast! It is worthwhile to mention that I payed $82.98 CAD for customs duties/taxes but it was not surprising for me, because BIGAPPLEBUDDY had predicted it by showing the following sentence to me before the payment: "Please note that you may be expected to pay customs duties/taxes once the parcel arrives in Canada."
