Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

Website was very easy to use and navigate. Shipping time was reasonable, actually arriving a day earlier than expected date. All items have arrived without damage. A good and easy way to shop when you want to buy something currently not available in your country of residence.

Wonderful customer service! The item I purchased arrived safely with a thank you note attached which made gifting it even more special! Will definitely be a returning customer

Perfect experience and great communication, would use again in a heartbeat.

Ordered a product that is not yet available in Australia. Received it within a week ! Great service provided, with follow up emails. Ok, you pay a service fee, but thats the price you pay if you want something bad enough.

I was struggling to find a specific Item here in the middle east. but Big Apple Buddy was the best choice for me to get that item from the US. I liked the way of following up and the services. many thanks ... I highly recommend them.

Big thanks to Big Apple buddy! Wanted a pair of Adidas trainers which weren’t available in UK. Contacted BAB and their response and service was top quality. Managed to order and receive the item in under 2 weeks! Would recommend them if you’re after an exclusive item in US.

Fantastic shopping journey. Good product + rapid shipping. Great!

They have a good quality website. The fact that TransferWise was available as a payment method, made it easier for me to trust the service. After making my order, I was properly informed about what is currently happening every step along the way. They made reliable forecasts about when I can expect the next step to be done (e.g. product arriving at their warehouse, sending the package with FedEx, etc.). I even found a personalized note in the package when I opened it. :)
