Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

The great thing is that you can have products that are not available in Poland. I was looking for a long time for an online store where you can buy Google products. I am happy with my purchase, especially since I didn't wait too long. I am happy to tell my friends about it.

Excellent service! Slight delays due to COVID-19 disruptions from the retail store, however Phillis kept us informed & updated the entire time! Once the parcel arrived, our package was promptly re-directed & arrived in Australia the next day!! Very prompt & efficient. I would not hesitate to use the company again and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Amazing service, made so simple and seamless. I ordered a phone that was set for pre-order in the US but not yet available in the UK. It was received by the company and sent to the UK the same day, and I received it just 36 hours later! I would not hesitate to use the company again and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I ordered a pair of nike boots through Big Apple Buddy couple of weeks ago as these ones were not readily accessible here in Australia. And i could say that they handled my order with speed and efficiency. They also took care to update me personally on the status of my order from the moment it was shipped til after it was delivered. That is excellent customer service right there and am looking forward to transacting with them again in the future.

Brilliant, slick personal experience! Inwanted the latest Asics running shoes...not yet available outside the US and obviously not shipping to where we live in Dubai. Wrote to Big Apple Buddy in a request if they can get the two colors of the Asics I wanted...swift reply came with a quote. Big Apple Buddy kept me in loop on when the got the shoes and kept mailing me updates on the process. Will I use them again? Absolutely!! Service was personal and friendly and swift (even in Covid times). The shoes are awesome:) Thanks Big Apple Buddy. Best service I received for an online purchase in a long time!

Not sure why we didn’t know about Big Apple Buddy before. We were looking for a common product not readily available in Canada and after exhausting all efforts with big-brand stores, Phillis and the Big Apple Buddy Team came totally to our rescue. They were prompt and transparent with the entire sourcing, shopping, and post delivery experience. They are now our go to vendor for anything and everything we are not able to get domestically.

Amazing Service, I received delivery to Dubai on time as committed. I strongly recommend Big apple buddy for international orders.

Fantastic customer service and speedy delivery. I bought Pixel Buds 2 which are not available in my country. BAB is a great service for buying products from the US.
