Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

I'm always wary buying online, since it's too much scam out there. After reading reviews about Big Apple Buddy I decided to trust them with my order, and they have earned my trust. Great service, great information during the process and great service. Parcel arrived at time and very well packed. Internet shopping as it should be - no hassle! Highly recommended!

I have always hesitated to use 99% of the websites that come up now when I search for something I can’t get in my local market. Eventually I gave up on trying to source what I wanted in my home city and Big Apple Buddy looked Significantly more professional And “legit” than the other sites that kept popping up. Ordering process was simple and smooth. There was a slight delay due to the covid situation which is understandable, but Phillis kept me posted along the way and even offered to chance the order in the event that I decided I wanted to that. I waited and sure enough my package arrived shortly thereafter. Nicely packaged and with a little note from the BAB team. Suffice it to say I am a very happy customer and would not hesitate to order through BAB again and to recommend their services. Thank you team BAB and Phillis.

Easy to place order, fast delivery, clear and timely communication, excellent customer service.

Very reliable business partner who delivers beyond expected industry standard service. My first address to check for future U.S. orders I can't buy in my country at all or only overpriced if I could.

Phillis and her team were fast, efficient and very communicative. They set the bar very high with their refined and pleasant customer-tailored journey from start to finish, even including a quaintly written "thank you" card. The appliance I bought through BAB arrived in excellent condition and in half the expected time (usa to japan). I'm delighted by the entire experience :)

Really pleased with the service from these guys, quote was swift, order process + shipping and payment was easy and delivery to the UK was made days later. Thanks, will definitely use Big Apple Buddy again.

Excellent service. I am extremely happy that I got my Pixel 4a in Bahrain, that too I could order before official launch date and I received it much earlier than expected. Thank you.

Excellent service. Parcel arrived fast with FedEx. Very reliable! This is my first time buying here and I'm definitely will come back for more!
