Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

Fantastic business model. Love the service, timely manner and security of getting my Surface Duo shipped to Australia.

This is a great service if you’re trying to buy an item that is no longer available in your province/country. I wanted a specific laptop and our Canadian retailers (bestbuy) was sold out / out of stock, however the US retailer had stock. Shipping was very fast, received my item in 2 days! This service may be right for you depending on what you are importing. I had to pay $120 for duties/taxes, plus their fee for using the service/shipping etc. It happened to work out for me in my budget but it could also be pricey. Customer experience was great, they are very personable, hand written note and emails to update regarding my order / confirm I have received it. Thanks for the help!

Experience was great, no issues with BAB at all. Would recommend.

Alles super, sehr schnell. Wurde auch persönlich auf Anfragen geantwortet. Das Surface Duo war inkl. Zoll (Papiere werden perfekt vorbereitet) über FedEX bei uns. Vor und nach dem Kauf sehr sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Immer wieder gerne.

Big Apple Buddy is seriously one of the best I've ever dealt with. They shipped my surface duo to Canada in literally in 2 business days and when I communicated with them, they answered me promptly. The package was well cared for and not just that they put in the box a personalised message for you. Top notch service. Thank you guys.

Ordered the Surface Duo with delivery to Sweden. The device arrived only 2 business days after release. Excellent communication and a well packaged product delivered in no time at all.
