Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

Arrived exactly as stated, fast delivery , very efficient , would definitely use them again Excellent customer service

Absolut positive Erfahrung mit dem Shop gemacht. Nach 10 Tagen mein Paket erhalten. (Sogar noch vor angegebenen Liefertermin) Versandkosten etwas zu hoch aber ansonsten gerne wieder !

I can no longer get the Chaco sandles in Canada. They are the only brand that fit me properly and provide the much needed support I need for Achilles and Plantar Fasciitis issues. So I ordered 2 pair. The shipping was expensive, but nothing to be done about that. Received very quickly with a follow up email to ensure I received them. Very thoughtful extra gesture.

Great service. Reliable and kept me informed with accurate information about delivery. Would use again,

fast, reliable, very kind and professional.

I ordered some Michael Kors trainers that were not released in the UK. Big Apple Buddy provided a great service and regular updates. My items arrived on time with no additional charges to pay. I will be buying from them again in the future.

Services like Big Apple Buddy are great, as they provide us access to Technology not yet released in the UK. I'd been watching a specific team item for a while, an eero Outdoor router, with Big Apple Buddy providing a helpful prompt the item was on sale at Best Buy. Felt like the right time to make the purchase, with the discount covering the Import Duties. Will use again!

I am very impressed with the service I received from Big Apple Buddy. Hassle free, great communication, reliable, very efficient. I will definitely use their services again.
