Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

I was nervous buying such a high priced item from overseas but had no reason for concern. BigAppleBuddy delivered exactly what I ordered as promised and their communication throughout was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for all my future overseas purchases.

Excellent service, highly recommended!

Package arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected, perfect condition, customer service was great with emailing updates about the shipment and confirmation of arrival, very nice personal message was written on a card within the package, overall perfect experience, couldn't have been better

Vraiment merci, merci

I ordered a few items from Big Apple Buddy and my experience was excellent. Once ordered I received a confirmation email which had a tracking link and estimated dates. As the order worked through this was kept upto date and I then received the FedEx tracking number and could follow it the rest of the way. There were import taxes/VAT to pay which was all sorted easily via FedEx. For the people complaining about this in reviews, it was clearly highlighted in advance that this is a possibility so I am not sure why people are even mentioning it. All you have to do is look at the website and it explains that... and you would be hit by import taxes from most other sites as well unless they are mis-declaring items - which is fraud! In short, if you don't want the possibility of being hit by taxes, don't import things! I would absolutely recommend them because they provided a way to easily get items which are not available in the UK without having to sign-up for a US card / address etc. They made the process simple and straight forward and I am happy to pay a bit extra for that service if it takes the hassle out of it! I for one will definitely be using them again.

Excellent communication and my phone arrived very quickly. I'd recommend Big Apple Buddy, and intend to get my next phone from them.

Excellent service and much fast delivery than what I expected. For sure I will order it again.

I ordered a Surface Duo because it was not available in the UK and I was super happy with BigAppleBuddy, the speed of the order and the service. Easy to give it 5 stars !
