Ordered a Surface Duo to London. Shipped quickly, smoothly and exactly as expected / promised! No complaints.

Used Big Apple Buddy for the first time ever and had a fuss free experience. The entire process was straightforward and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I deeply advise everyone to purchase from big apple buddy, excellent service.

Excellent, easy and informative with updates. Very happy with my purchase and BAB

I ordered my Surface Duo with Big Apple Buddy and could not be more impressed with the service they provided. Fast and informative, one of the easiest transaction ive ever been involved with. Thanks guys.

Thanks to Big Apple Buddy I've been able to have a proper Snapdragon Samsung phone in EU (Samsung phone works fine without any problem, just taking in consideration that US services (like Samsung Money) won't work in EU and I couldn't get rid of those). I was a bit hesitant to order at first, but decided to do it anyway and was very satisfied by BAB. Big Apple Buddy service was excellent, timely updates and quick service.
