Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

Ordered an RTX 3080 graphics card. Literally sold out everywhere. Only had to pay a very reasonable concierge fee and international shipping. Very prompt service. Their website has been coded to deliver updates directly to email and I was kept informed of the progress of all time. A solid perfect 5 stars!

I can’t recommend big apple buddy so much .. from ordering to delivery the service I received was nothing sort of outstanding ... i would definitely use them again and would recommend them to all my friends and family ... 5 star company .. kind regards Neil stockton

From the start: super efficient/communication, passionate in delivery of their service & my delivery....Refreshing & spot on. Recommend in spades NPS 10 - full I know it don’t know what more they could do. ?? Free & buy my goods 😉

From ordering to receiving my item which is only available from the US, was a very smooth transaction. Very quick too considering in in the UK, think it was around 4 days!! . The tracking was spot and the check-ins from Phillis are a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate from buying from Big Apple Buddy again. Happy shopping all 😁

Great company, super quick sending from America, and with personal follow ups to make sure the product arrived. Would recommend and I've come back again and again.

I recently ordered a laptop from BAB due to it being sold out everywhere in Canada. I came across their site while searching Google and after reading the many positive reviews, thought I would give it a go. The customer service from Phillis was excellent with a prompt reply when I had a question about my order. I will say that I was slightly shocked with the cost of shipping (which is on top of their reasonable service fee), however with the large differential between the USD and CAD retail prices for this particular laptop, even with shipping and the currency conversion, I still saved a considerable amount of money. They received my order on Sep 11 and I had the laptop in hand by Sep 17 in BC, Canada. I highly recommend using Big Apple Buddy if you find yourself in a situation where the item is unavailable in your Country or even in a situation where it may just be cheaper overall to source the product from the US. Although the shipping cost seems high, their website's shipping calculator makes it easy to see upfront if it is worth it or not in your particular situation. The only extra fee for me was a border fee and even with all that I still ended up saving nearly $500.
