Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

Great service with a quick turnaround. Placed an order for a 16 October and it arrived in Australia 10 days later. Fedex shipping price was a bit dear for a 3KG consignment.

Shipping is a bit expensive, but it was fully featured with insurance/tracking/etc and very fast - took just over a week from purchase to arriving at my door in Australia. The quality of the service and communication as well was a very pleasant surprise.

Thanks Phillis & The BAB Team You guys are awesome, I've Purchased something on 16th and received it on the 26th . Just wanna say I'm very happy to shop from BAB again. Cheers Samnang

This company provides an extremely good service. I couldn't find the requested item elsewhere. Moreover, the delivery was very fast, 8 days from the US to my home in Slovakia in Europe... Everything went so smoothly. Many thanks.

I would like to thank BAB for their excellent service. I received the Oculus Quest 2 before the scheduled date and it was very well handled. My kids and I were overjoyed with the Oculus Quest 2. Without your service I would not have been able to buy it in this country.

BigAppleBuddy has been quick, prompt and absolutely the best in helping me import items form the United States. The personalised service and effort is extraordinary. They even handwrite notes when they send the item over. Would not hesitate to order from them again!

Efficient. Simple checkout. Polite service and one time delivery.

It was my second purchase from Big Apple Buddy ( Netgear AX6000 and Logitech Anywhere 3) and both times the buying experience was very pleasant. Prompt answers, service and fast shipping. Nice and polite interaction. Highly recommend!
