BAB was an accidental discovery to me and was very impressed with their customer service. BAB team helped me order the most sought after GPU of 2020, the RTX 3080 Founders Edition from NVIDIA. I started by registering on the wait list and within 3-4 weeks I received an email from BAB that the card is ready for purchase. Shocked and surprised, I clicked the link, added the GPU in cart (at MSRP) and placed the order. I live in the UAE and the courier arrived within 1 week. I couldn't believe becoming a proud owner to the Rtx 3080 and my PC couldn't be happier. They even added a very nicely handwritten thank you note. BAB made it possible for me to purchase this GPU (at MSRP) when it's nearly impossible elsewhere. BAB just got themselves a satisfied and loyal customer. Thank you BAB especially Philis.

BAB..definately will recommend this to anyone who wants to buy something and doesnt wanna worry about the delivery and the safety of the items, absolutely amazed by how they reach out to you by email to make sure they update you with everything. They even took a time to give you a card with amazingly hand written words. Even after the delivery they reach out to you to make sure you got your stuffs safely. Many thanks BAB and definately will buy stuffs from you in the future :).

Discovered big apple buddy website on a Saturday and had a Nvidia RTX 3090 GPU by the following Friday. Mind blown. best on line shopping experience I have had. Phillis and the team at big apple buddy are amazing. would recommend 100%

I was very happy with the services provided by big apple buddy and i would highly recommend them. They even took the time to hand write a thank you card with my order and emailed me after to make sure i was happy with everything. You just dont get that personal touch anymore and i really appreciated it. If that isnt enough their prices even with shipping etc. Were the best i found. Thanks for a great experience keep up the good work

Big Apple Buddy was easy to order products that are not available for sale in Australia. Their website is clear and the ordering process was fast. We received confirmation of our order and tracking information on the associated package sent to our home in Australia. Big Apple Buddy followed up with us and were very friendly. Highly recommended.

Recently was in the market for the Titanium version of the Samsung Galaxy Watch3 but couldn't find it in the local markets. (Though it has since become available) I knew it was available in the US but had no easy way to ship it to Australia. Previous attempts and finding such a service to get a US exclusive item had not worked out. So after some googling, a reddit post pointed me to Big Apple Buddy and some positive reviews encouraged me to give them a go. Within days I was able to provide them with a URL for my item and within a week they were able to provide me a detailed quotation and even extended it for me to give me more time. Whilst there was a bit of a delay in getting the item to them once they purchased it, their communication through Co-Founder Phillis was superb and reassuring. Through FedEx the delivery was received in the space of a week. For anyone looking to purchase something from the US from overseas I couldn't recommend this service enough or more highly. Thanks very much to Phillis and all at Big Apple Buddy!!!

Big Apple Buddy has, bar none, the best customer service I have ever received. I purchased a red Asus Vivo-book (BAB was the only retailer that had it in stock) for my mother for her birthday. The package was delivered in record speed (across the continent - from NYC to Calgary, Canada). When my mom opened it, she had a handwritten note from Phillis (co-founder). BAB also kept me updated as to the status of the delivery the whole way. The shipping fees are pretty expensive, but definitely worth the piece of mind I received knowing my mom would get her laptop in time.

Phillis and the team at Big Apple Buddy are to be commended for their impeccable service. Their constant communication via email and willingness to help wherever they can is great! I had a few problems with the delivery process of my Oculus Quest 2, which is outside of their control, yet they still helped where they could to make the entire process as smooth as possible. I’d highly recommend using their service if you would like to source items from America that aren’t readily available in your own country.
