This company only think of earning money no customer service and no responsibilities taken!!!! i have ordered oculus quest 2 from apple budy, was so exited because it was such fast delivery. But after i payed 400 usd for device another 130 usd for deliver to apple budy and 100 usd on toll customs in norway, device turned out to be faulty, when i told this to apple budy they said i had to contact oculus they only buy and sell and that i will have to send it back for my own money, then pay delivery and tolls again, which means that after spending 630 usd for a device that worth 399 usd, i have to spend 230 usd more which will be total of 860 usd for device worth 399 usd. after 20 emails, they only forwarded my mails to oculus and since then, was no answer from them, after i emailed again the said we answer in 24-48 hours. And never answered again. Never would recommend to buy from them or you might be lucky to end in similar situation in which you wont have what you ordered , spend twice money , and get ignored after! The rating is really fake !

First of all, there were unexpected FedEx charges ($50) which I asked them to advise on pre-order and they did not mention these. After sharing that the Google Pixel Buds 2 were malfunctioning and Google is not helping me as BigAppleBuddy = NOT an official reseller, they wanted to charge a $50 service fee to handle the warranty issues! That's just plain horrible customer relation management, right there!

They charge you for tax and don't pay it themselves and put you as consignee. Bunch of crooks.

Happy to take payment and then apparently didnt like the billing address after 1 week later so will refund the money in 10+ days. What a scam.

Charging a 50 dollars for their service is alright but charging a whooping 162 dollars to get my product delivered to Germany + a 1.5 percent debit card fee + I need to pay German tax on top of that nearly a 250 euros, is a total rip off, I´m glad I only requested a quote , otherwise I would´ve been ripped off. I don´t recommend it unless you don´t mind being scammed. There are other cheaper alternatives out there

I recently viewed a couple of items on this site, and was going to buy them, but their shipping prices were too high—either $61/standard or $87/2 – 4 day, for a Samsung T7 which probably weighs less than a pound. In addition they wanted to add on a service fee of another $65 or so. They claim to be in the US, but I don't see any reason a company would need to charge over $120 just for shipping and handling… to Canada! I closed out the page before giving them my contact details, but I just received an e-mail from them a little while ago, without an unsubscribe link in it. If they've scraped my contact info, their Trust rating should be 0. Either way, I didn't sign up for e-mails from them and don't respond well to companies that contact me without my permission.

Ich kann mich A.Wahl nur anschließen. Exakt der gleiche Fall weil ich das selbe bestellt habe. Da frag ich mich warum 72$ International Shipping erst abgezogen wird und beim Zoll sind es nur 45$ zumal 50$ Service Fee sind auch von Big Apple berechnet werden.
