I ordered a laptop. Buying it was seamless, delivery was very quick and communication was very good. Well worth the service charge. Hint: use Fed Ex Priority if ordering from Canada, they did not scam me with exorbitant service charges.

Super nice contact. Everything done several times without any problems. The goods always arrived quickly and in one piece. Customs clearance is a bit of a hassle, but that's not the seller's fault. :-)

I live in Italy and I desire this type of earbuds from Bose for a long time, and there was no date for european market launch and I decided to use Big Apple Budy and I am very happy because the earbuds arrived in a very short time and the package was intact and the BAB staff follow me all the time. The HP Spectre x360 14 laptop is not available in Canada, and BestBuy (USA) will not ship to Canada, so I used this service. I simply copied and pasted the URL for the laptop from BestBuy (USA)'s website into the order page on the Big Apple Buddy website, paid for my the purchase with a Canadian credit card, and the laptop was delivered to me in Halifax, Nova Scotia one week later. I only paid a $50 service fee plus (very reasonable) shipping charges. This is a great service that I would highly recommend.
