I was sceptic, but I now confirm the other excellent reviews. We had to procure a scarce item with long lead time. We found no other choice than Big Apple Buddy. Phillis supported us before sales, during lead time and after dispatch. He was kind and committed all the time. I wish Phillis and his company a bright future.

From the first point of contact, Big Apple Buddy have been great! Updating me when the payment has been received, items ordered, items shipped and then fowrded me the tracking number. You also get to choose who you would like to ship your items, in this case FedEx as I've had issues in the past with DHL/Yodel in the UK. FedEx I have to say we're brilliant and delivered the items two days ahead of schedule! I would use Big Apple Buddy again in the future without hesitation, as Phillis and the BAB team are fab! I don't think you'd be disappointed. Thanks also for the handwritten note - a very personal touch!
