Received my Canada Goose item in perfect condition. The original box was beautifully preserved inside a cardboard box. Will definitely order from Big Apple Buddy again.

I Wanted to try Tula products that are not available in Australia. I was so surprised at how fast my products got to me and in a great condition. Will certainly be ordering again!

I was looking for a product not available in Europe. The team couldn't have been more helpful and double checked a number of questions I had around the differences between US and Eur sizing. The product arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I had great shopping experiences with them, they kept me updated with the whole process and package arrives on time or earlier. They also follow up after delivery to check if the package is delivered safely. Whenever I contact them regarding something not listed that I want to buy they reply fast.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Product was dispatched and arrived safely and quickly and even factoring in import tax was cheaper than in the UK! Really appreciated the follow-up email to check all was well! Exemplary service and will definitely look to buy from again! Overall, a perfect shopping experience!!

Great service, clear and ongoing communications, quick delivery for cross-border, and an all-around excellent experience. If you need/want something sold only in the USA then Big Apple Buddy is an ideal solution!

Everything was splendid - I ordered a pair of sandals I couldn't find anywhere else & they arrived in 10 days. Total cost was a little high, but most of it was unavoidable: the sandals, the shipping, the sales & import tax.

Fantastic service, got us our product to Singapore in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Will definitely use them again
