Item came well packed with a hand written personalized card (which was a nice touch). Also there was a follow up email to ensure that item was received in good order. Will use their service again.

Big Apple Buddy service is excellent from start to finish. Phillis and team are incredibly responsive, providing clear and helpful information throughout the service. I have had many problems with couriers in the past, but in this case the DHL service was exceptional as well. I had duty to pay for my health supplements, when I paid that online I got my package delivered within an hour. By Malaysian standards, it felt as if The Flash had picked it up and brought it to our doorstep!
