Expensive service fees for a product I can get direct from Razer today and they don't give an option for USA when I try to select my country for shipping. I do think some products would be worth it like the new graphics cards when they get them but God knows what the service fee for those will be.

To ship something that weighs just over 1kg? I guess you really pay a premium here. It's just too high though. Bumping the price from $99 to $330 just to ship???

Had had couple of items and then went to the checkout screen, US $170 for shipping and a 'service' fee. Yeah, nah.

I Agree with their terms to ship almost anything internationally but if you see the end quote you get a stroke as they impose service fee for purchasing the goods externally and then shipping cost was unbelievable plus once its reaches my country i need to pay VAT charges !

So disappointed with the service from Phillis at Big Apple Buddy. Back in February I ordered a handbag with her & after months of delay the item never got delivered. I requested a refund..... I have niw recieved 3 demands from FEDEX for a payment of customs charges for an item I never recieved. After many emails & calls this is still not resolved. ....I would not recommend this company...

I did place order at night 23:30( Vancouver ), around 6-7 hours late I decided to cancel my order. They still charged me $50 as a service fee plus credit card surcharge, if you guys really purchased I did accept, but when I ask them to provide me the copy of the receipt, guess what they refused! what kind of service you guys provided? This was not the North America Custemer service standards, it is rip off though!

Very greedy-seller. Its vision and mission are to benefit in any ways starting from "service charges" to take care of the order and ending with very high shipping charges. Added $50 to take cate of the order and $94 to ship to Mars!!!!

Big Apple Buddy is the worst experience I've had when shopping online. I sent them an email saying that I wanted to cancel an order literally 5 mins after I had placed it. They replied to me 5 hrs later, saying I would have to pay fees because they had already bought the item. (Of course if they reply 5 hrs later or they probably lied about it 🤷🏻‍♂️) They charged me $110 USD in cancellation fees! I don't recommend this website AT ALL!
