Absolutely faultless. Quick, thorough and nicely sent out and communicated. Doesn't get any better. I am in the UK wanted something from the USA not on sale here, Made a request to Apple Buddy on the Thursday and had it in my hand Tuesday morning. Always knew what was going on and where....may sound a simple process but lots can go wrong and it didn't. Great service.
