Never received my tools for diamond dots

I purchased the horse but jnfortunately lost one pack of the crystals (Number 223) and no 2 on the list. I just cannot find anywhere to order that number. An email got sent back, jf I cant get the crystals will be unable to do the picture. Can you help. If there is no way of getting these crystals I shall therefore buy anything again. Thank you.
