I’ve used Bidali several times without any problems, but this time was different. I bought a Visa gift card and kept getting an error on the redemption page. I reached out for help and was actually in direct contact with one of the co-founders, which I appreciated. Despite being issued a replacement card, the same error occurred. They refunded the amount to my Bidali account and advised me to try purchasing again. When that didn’t work either, they agreed to refund the amount to my crypto wallet—as originally promised. While I do appreciate the effort and direct communication, it still took almost a month and several follow-ups before the issue was fully resolved. The support was helpful, but the process could definitely be faster and more efficient.
