I'm very pleased with the service and response from Bicycleseats.com in my recent purchase. I contacted them being a novice senior biker requesting a discount to purchase one of their more expensive seat. I received a email from them offering a 15% discount coupon which I used for the purchase of BSJB-50134 10" Wide Berkley Saddle ISM Ergo. Granted the discount basically covered the shipping cost but hey it did help with the purchase. It rolled in yesterday, installed and road 8.5 miles. The seat does not have any suspension (which I hadn't noticed prior to ordering) so the seat was very firm. But the seat did address pressure points allowing for a much less numbing ride. I would like to see the seat with a less firm cushion, or maybe with gel pads, maybe a little thicker, and as a larger person, a little wider seat would be nice. I do like the shorter horn and the relieved areas which greatly improved the numbing aspect of biking. Would I purchase from Bikeseats.com again? You bet and I'll be watching for new and improved offerings. Thanks for what appears to be a very high quality product.

Superior Customer Service! They applied a 15% discount two days after I placed my order. They recommended a cheaper adapter for my seat and credited me a substantial amount of money. It arrived lightening fast, and the bike seat itself is perfection! It is super comfortable! Five stars all the way!
