The seat cover is very nice but the time it took to get it was very long.

I was hoping it would have been a little wider and not so contouring. I had to readjust it by cutting out some metal so the front edge wouldn't cut into a fella's thighs, wife said it to. And we also put a rubber sponge thing on top as it was slippery and we had to readjust our butts all the time. Now, is it better than anything on the market, yes. But I think it could have been better.

The product itself was good and I would have given a overall 5 star rating but the customer service was bad. I never received any information after the order was placed. No confirmation, no order status and no tracking information...nothing until I emailed, texted and IM'ed you.

It helps a little, but I wish the padding was thicker, especially since this is the only gel padded seat I've found that fits my stationary bike. Disappointing, especially for the price, but still better than nothing. (my username was based on a review of another company, i am not an infuriated customer of bicycleseats.com)

Could not speak with rep over phone for advic. Emailed, and then recieved a reply to my inquiry. Helped me select this seat. Review of the seat: This is a small seat that protects the perineum and testicles. Overall impression: It is not really comfortable, but at least there is no pain when I ride my Schwinn Airdyne 7 exercise bike for 20 minutes. The split seat idea is good, but it should be BIGGER in width.

Too high a price for what you get, Good idea however the gel pad is only about 1/2 in thick need another 1 inch

Makes the seat really comfortable but it was pretty expensive with the shipping costs and being in U.S. dollars but I couldn't find one big enough for my stationary bike so I had to buy this one.
