What a great company. Although I live in another country (UK) BB have been really great sorting out my return and exchange. Customer service is excellent. Yes delivery time took longer but what do you expect living in another country and a virus messing everything up. Deffo 5 stars 😁👍

Their customer support is outstanding! Christopher Trinidad did an awesome job making sure that I get the correct replacement of the item that was sent to me with the wrong size and design and did not stop until it was completed. Their jerseys are of very high quality and compared to the more expensive ones out there at only half the price. Will order again soon.

What brilliant service from Bicycle Booth. I was having difficulty reordering a Breast Cancer V2 jersey so emailed the company. Had a response within 24 hours and they simply took the details in my email and placed the order for me using my previous order information. If only all online sites were like this. Thank you Christopher at Bicycle Booth.

Purchased two jerseys from BB. Arrived really quickly considering they are in Canada and we are in the UK. Quicker than some “local” companies deliver. Also, we made a mistake in our ordering and the “returns” system was easy to use as well. Staff we dealt with were really helpful and the problem was sorted out without any drama…
